What Even is Leaders and Liters?
Who is Our Target Audience?
Leaders and Liters was born out of three concepts.
- We knew we needed to do something local
- We knew we wanted to coach and mentor future leaders
- We knew we love beer
So after years of tossing around ideas, and a few beers one afternoon, Leaders and Liters started to take shape

Well, anyone who loves beer and wants to find out more about what the transition to becoming a leader in your profession might look like. If you are just starting in your career, this might be a little early, if you are already a part of senior management, this might be old hat. But that doesn't mean you aren't welcome!

Taking the 3 ideas of local, leadership, and beer and bringing it together. This idea is just taking shape, but the general thought will be to have monthly get togethers at a local watering hole somewhere in Tampa, and for us to discuss ideas and concepts that helped us become leaders ourselves.
A good leader always looks to mentor and coach talent, and usually without the talent realizing they are being mentored. But Covid introduced new challenges. the "wax on, wax off" method was less effective, so we decided to just be more blunt about it.
We are still in the planning phase but our plan it to have topics, and even guest speakers like recruiters and local leaders for each session.
